Refund policy

We at Paperholic have a 7 days return policy.

To initiate a return, you can contact us on paperholicdesignstudio@gmail.com and attach photos of the damaged product. Once the return is accepted we will share the shipping label and you need to attach it to the package containing the damaged/faulty product and hand it over to the courier person. Once the return item is checked, we will either make it again or refund the entire amount to your bank account within
7-10 days.

  • Non-Returnable items

Personalized items cannot be returned. They can only be returned incase they are faulty or damaged.

  • Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
