Terms of Use

Paperholic Design Studio, is making available the information and materials on its website www.paperholic.in. It is subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.paperholic.in constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may discontinue using the site. Paperholic Design Studio reserves the right to change these Terms of Use whenever without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of website is referred to as “Paperholic ”, "www.paperholic.in ", "we", "us" or "our". 

Shipping

We at Paperholic offer free shipping on all orders worth Rs. 500 and above.

Non-Personalized orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and are delivered in 7-8 days.

Personalized orders are shipped within 4-5 business days and are delivered within 7-10 days.

The tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping the product.

We use reliable companies like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart(express) for shipping.

Incase your pincode is unserviceable, we will personally contact you and figure out a method to deliver the product to you in the best possible way. Incase it is still not possible to deliver, we will have to cancel the order and a refund will be processed incase the payment has already been made.

Returns

Returns are only possible when a product is damaged. Please report via email if you received a damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will either make it again or refund the entire amount to your bank account within7-10 days.

Cancellation

In case you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. If the payment is made online, the entire amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 days. 

Currency

All transactions will be made in INR(Indian Rupee) only.
